The Homeowners Association at New Seabury

The Peninsula Council is the Homeowners Association at New Seabury for 29 villages which includes the original six villages of Bright Coves, Fells Pond, Greensward, High Wood, Summersea, Triton Sound, as well as Popponesset Island,The Mews Patio Homes, The Mews Pool Villas, The Mews Condos 4A, 4B and 4C, and Promontory Point A&B, Seaside, The Bluff, Seaquarters Condos, Preserve at Flat Pond, Poppy Place, Vineyard Reach, Stendahl, The Cottages Phases 1, 2 and 3, The Cottages at Ockway Village, Maushop Village, Little Neck Bay and Sandalwood.

The Mission of the Peninsula Council is to provide for the maintenance, preservation and enhancement of New Seabury’s environmental setting and to promote the safety and welfare of the homeowner’s investment.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was assigned to the Peninsula Council by New Seabury Properties LLC on January 1, 2003. The ARC Guidelines are developed by the Committee to assist all homeowners in the planning, construction, addition or renovation of their homes.
