Popponesset Island
A tiny island nestled in New Seabury
Popponesset Island is accessed by a one lane timber bridge with nearly all properties bordering the water. The east side offers picturesque views of the Popponesset Bay with stunning sunrises over the Popponesset Spit while the west side borders Popponesset Creek with quaint coves of homes and docked boats waiting to sail away! A favorite pastime is to navigate the island by kayak, paddleboard or small boat easing under the Popponesset Bridge and out to the Popponesset Bay.
