Summer Sea Village, one of the original six villages of New Seabury, is nestled near the waters of Ockway Bay. This picturesque neighborhood features homes with stunning views of Ockway Bay and Ann’s Cove, as well as charming properties set within the Cape Cod woods. The village captures a mix of the original homes built in the 1960s and 1970s alongside newer residences that take full advantage of the beautiful vistas. The architectural styles in the village are uniquely varied.
A notable feature of Summer Sea Village is the open Reserved Area known as “The Field” on By the Green Way. This space serves as a community hub where children play, dogs chase balls, and residents enjoy pick-up ball games and social events. The community hosts gatherings, such as the popular Ice Cream Parties, in this open space.
